Delivery Times
Rivers First Aid strives to have all orders shipped out within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Most orders are sent via courier and delivery time vary depending upon desired destination. Most orders within Australia will be received within 3 working days from dispatched time. For rural Australian destination delivery time may be increased. We accept responsibility for any loss, damage to and late or non delivery of purchases. Back Orders
We maintain a large quantity of stock on hand to ensure that your order is dispatched as soon as possible. However, at times a product may be out of stock an immediately unavailable. Should this occur, we endeavor to have your items available within a reasonable time frame, generally 7 to 10 days.
