Work Health and Safety Act 2011
Compliance with requirements under this Act includes but is not limited to WorkCover compliance, safe working environments, development and implementation of health and safety policies for all relevant regulations and codes of practice.

Work Health and Safety Regulations 2011
Compliance with requirements under this Act includes but is not limited to relevant sections relating to hygiene.

Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) Guidelines
All first aid and cardio-pulmonary resuscitation training conducted by Rivers First Aid follows the clinical guidelines set forth by the ARC.

Copyright Act 1968
All works developed by third parties and utilised by Rivers First Aid adhere to all relevant sections of the Act and any other agreements.

Federal Privacy Act 1988
Compliance with requirements under this Act includes but is not limited to Information privacy principals and national privacy principals.

Anti Discrimination Act 1991
Compliance with requirements under this Act includes but is not limited to Parts 2, 3 and 4.

Vocational Education, Training and Employment Act 2000
Compliance with requirements under this Act includes but is not limited to Chapter 2 and all relevant regulation within the Act.
