This course provides the knowledge and skills required to conduct hazard awareness and risk management to reduce the risk of manual handing injuries within the workplace.
 
Course duration: 2 hours (Time may vary depending on individual requirements)  
 
Course objective: Develope competence and confidence in safe lifting techniques.
                          The course is tailored to the specific workplace and working
                          environments to assist in meeting industry needs.

Prerequisite: Nil
 
Certification: Certificate of completion in Manual Handling (valid 1yr)
