FIRE & EVACUATION(General Occupancy)

This course provides the knowledge and skills required to enable employees to act in accordance with the established procedures outlines in AS3745 relating to fire & evacuation policies and procedures.
Course duration: 2 hours (Time may vary depending on individual requirements)
Course objective: To develope competence and confidence in fire and eveacuation
policies and procedures. The course is tailored to the specific
workplace environments to assist in meeting industry requirements.
Course content: *Safety and legislation *Roles and responsibilities
*Risk analysis & management *Fire and the elements
*Burns/ Burns treatment *Smoke/ Gas inhalation
*Identification/Use of fire equip. *Emergency procedures
*Action in the event of fire *Identifuing/Reacting to emergencies
*Evacuation of dangerous areas *Specific requirements/Concern
Prerequisite: Nil
Certification: Certificate of completion in Fire & Evacuation (valid 1yr)
